IFC-34N-SRD

Rheonics IFC-34N accessory is a flow cell used especially on DN5 to DN25 (1”) pipes for inline installation of the SRD with 3/4” NPT threaded process connection. It can also be used in a bypass, connected via hoses or pipes, for bigger than DN25 lines.

This flow cell ensures an easy integration in the process with 3/4”-14 NPT inlet and outlet ports, and an optimal flow condition for SRD sensor.

• Possible use in by-pass line for piggable lines, where the sensor can’t be inserted in the main pipe.

• Easy integration into the process with 3/4” NPT connections.

• Designed to ensure optimum contact of fluid with SRD sensing element

• Consider a tilted installation for drainage and cleanability.

• Recommended install according to flow direction (labeled on surface) but can be reversed.

• Ensure the sensor has between 4 to 6 full turns in the thread. Follow standard NPT mounting guidelines.

• Suitable for SRD with 3/4” NPT connection (for SRV refer to: IFC-34N-SRV).

• Wrap a sealing compound (e.g. Teflon tape) around the sensor NPT thread 1.5 to 3 times in a clockwise direction, to ensure a leak-free seal.
