CAD Models for Type-SR Tri-Clamp Sensor Probes

Tri-Clamp connection is used mostly for hygienic purposes in industries such as food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, etc.

Rheonics inline Type-SR sensors are available in all Tri-Clamp sizes from 0.5” (D34) up. Review this page on the compatibility of TC sizes and Type-SR sensor variants.

This page offers CAD files for the SRV and SRD sensors with the most common Tri-Clamp sizes, but other sizes are available as well. The files available for download are a pdf drawing and a ZIP file, the latter includes the same drawing in .pdf and .dxf format, and the part STEP file, a neutral 3D file format.

  • The SRV-X3 is a Standard Tri-Clamp SRV sensor.
  • The SRV-HS-X3 is a Hygienic Tri-Clamp sensor with 3-A and EHEDG certificates available.
  • The SRV-X4 is a Flush sensor with Tri-Clamp connections available. It has 3-A and EHEDG certificates available.
