HPHT Flow Cell - HPT-12G

HPT-12G.189

SRV-X1-12G mounted in the HPT-12G

Description

Rheonics HPT-12G is an inline flow cell for high-pressure and temperature applications for the viscometer SRV with a G1/2″ connection. It uses G1/2″ threaded connections for the inlet and outlet ports and seals against the conical face of sensor creating a compact design with minimum fluid volume requirement.

Why use this part?

  • For high-pressure and temperature applications.

  • For applications with low fluid volume requirement.
  • Suitable solution for installation in DN5 to DN25 pipes.
  • For bigger pipes where a by-pass is needed.
  • Easy integration into the process with G 1/2” connections.
  • Designed to ensure optimum contact of the fluid with SRV sensing element with low fluid volume.

Installation instructions

  • An O-ring (15.1×1.6mm) is required for sensor sealing.
  • Consider a tilted installation for drainage and cleanability.
  • Recommended install according to the flow direction (labeled on surface) but can be reversed.
  • Suitable only for SRV with G1/2” threaded connection.
