CoaguTrack Overview
CoaguTrack is a complete inline cheese coagulation monitoring and control solution designed to track the full kinetics of the coagulation process and determine the optimal cutting point with high precision.
The system continuously measures curd firmness and related parameters such as coagulation speed, acceleration, and temperature.
Additionally, it is designed with operators in mind, combining advanced analytics with an intuitive graphical interface.
CoaguTrack identifies when the target firmness defined by the operator is reached and automatically triggers an alarm and a relay for controlling the cutting process, ensuring consistent results across batches.
Operators can create new jobs or load previously saved jobs by selecting parameters such as station, cheese type, target cutting firmness, and operational settings.
By storing and reusing job configurations, CoaguTrack enables rapid setup for repeat production runs, eliminating trial-and-error adjustments and reducing overall process variability.
How does it work?
CoaguTrack operates as an integrated system combining sensor hardware, control electronics, and advanced software analytics.
An inline coagulation sensor continuously measures curd firmness inside the cheese vat.
Sensor data is transmitted to the CoaguTrack controller.
Software analyzes coagulation kinetics in real time.
When the target assigned by operator is reached, a cutting signal is generated.
Process data is stored for traceability and repeat batch execution.
