3-A certified Rheonics process viscometer and density meter
Rheonics SRV and SRD sensors and hygienic accessories are now available with 3-A Sanitary Standards certification
Rheonics inline process viscometer, SRV, and density and viscosity meter, SRD, have been certified by 3-A Organization after verification of their full compliance with sanitary standards designated by the American-based organization. 3-A sets and monitors adherence to hygienic standards that are used by companies in many areas such as dairy, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Manufacturers can now have the confidence that by using 3-A certified CIP (Clean-in-place) SRV and SRD sensors, they will maintain their current hygienic standard and cleanability.

3-A certification applies to the SRV and SRD sensors for its different variants and hygienic process connections, as well as for 3-A certified hygienic weld-in adapter and flow cell accessories.
All Rheonics sensors and sanitary fittings with 3-A certification have a logo mark printed on the part.
Rheonics flow cell accessories such as the FET-XXT-XXT (shown in image to the left), FTP-XXT-XXT and weld-on parts such as HAW-OTK and HAW-OTN are also certified. This enables a complete sanitary and reliable installation for Rheonics sensors.
Sensor probe as well as flow cells are available with many types of process connections following industry standard norms and sizes. Customers can order the probes with their desired process connections like Flange, Tri-Clamp, Varinline, Dairy Union, other DIN, DN, EN, JIP, ASME flanges.
