TMA-34N

Rheonics TMA-34N enables the SRV viscometer or the SRD density and viscosity meter to be installed in open tanks using a convenient tank-mount adapter. A pipe with 3/4″ NPT threaded end is used to set the immersion depth.

• Mount the sensor probe in an open tank

• Tanks where wall or bottom installations are not possible.

• Usual installation solution for rotating open vessels.

• Adapter allows the sensor to be totally immersed in a fluid in tank and protects sensing element from large particles.

• Sensor immersion length can vary with customer supplied pipe length.

• Customer can adapt the pipe’s end for a SME-TRD/-TR or cable gland installation.

• Use proper PTFE sealing for NPT connections.

• Suitable for SRV and SRD 3/4” NPT sensors.

• Clamp the pipe to a fixed point with a mounting bracket or connect the pipe to an available port in the tank’s roof.

• Use only to depth in fluid where hydrostatic pressure is not greater than 8 bar.

• Not recommended for pressurized applications above 8 bar pressure.

• Use correct O-Ring seal ∅29.82 x 2.62 mm for leak proof assembly. O-Ring is delivered by Rheonics.
