DTCM Description
DTCM is custom-designed to ensure uniform temperature distribution across DVM even when installed in a flow loop. Heating and cooling are achieved through solid-state thermal devices with an advanced model-based controller. DTCM was designed after extensive simulation and testing to ensure a high level of thermal stability, accuracy, and repeatability. The data that DTCM generates is controlled and monitored by the DTCM HMI which has an integrated display to show and track the measures.
DTCM eliminates the requirement of bulky and expensive thermal test chambers (also known as climate chambers) for temperature control. It reduces the size of the equipment to that of a small coffee machine like Nespresso while achieving 10 times better stability and uniformity as compared to a typical 100-liter commercial thermal chamber. It enables HPHT (High-Pressure High Temperature) fluid analysis with DVM (Digital Voltmeter) in field and mobile units without compromising the integrity of data.
