The Rheonics Group (“Rheonics”, “we” or “us”) attribute great importance to the protection of your personal data. Therefore, we conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws on protection of personal data and data security.

Scope

This privacy policy (“Policy”) informs you as to which data we collect, store, circulate and use about visitors to websites of Rheonics (“website(s)”). By visiting our websites, you agree with the present Policy, otherwise you have to refrain from the use of our websites. We reserve the right to adapt this Policy and we will announce such changes on this website. Return regularly to find out about the status of the Policy.

Collected Data

Personal data such as name, address, telephone number, email address or other identifying in-formation, will only be collected by us if you provide us with such data voluntarily (e.g. by registration, survey) or if you have consented or the applicable laws on the protection of personal data allow us to do so. Also, we or a third party on our behalf, may use personal data to inform you about products and services from Rheonics, that we believe could be of interest to you or to carry out online surveys.

Apart from the cases provided by this Policy, your personal data will not be sold, transmitted or otherwise distributed to third parties.

To the extent necessary for the purposes listed under clause 4, we pass your personal data to affiliated companies of the Rheonics Group or to third parties instructed by us. At your request, Rheonics will inform you within a reasonable period of time in writing and in accordance with the applicable law, whether and which personal data of you is stored in our systems. If, despite our efforts to maintain data accuracy and timeliness, incorrect data should be stored in our systems, we will correct it at your request. As a registered user you have the opportunity to view, change or delete the personal data you provided.

For questions concerning your personal data, for information requests as well as suggestions and complaints, you can contact us. Rheonics will respond to all adequate information requests and to all adequate requests to correct, amend or delete personal data.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, Google AdWords Conversion Tracking and Google Remarketing. Google uses cookies that are stored on your computer and which enable analysis of your use of the website. Google Analytics records the information anonymously and website trends do not contain data about specific users. The third-party DoubleClick cookie is used to enable remarketing for products such as AdWords in the Google display network.

The cookies contain information such as the time of the visit, whether the user is visiting for the first time, and information about the website that referred the respective user to the web page. The information generated through cookies is sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google can provide this data to third parties if required by law or if third parties process the data on behalf of Google. Google observes the data protection rules of the US Safe Harbor agreement and is registered with the Safe Harbor program at the US Department of Commerce. With Google AdWords Conversion Tracking, a cookie is used to determine the payment due after you click an AdWords ad. Under no circumstances is this technology used to collect or store personal data that could be used to determine the identity of a website visitor.
