SPS-HD-SRX - Protection Sleeve for HD-X5 Sensor Probes
Description
Rheonics’ SPS-HD-SRX is a protective sleeve for HD-X5 probe variants of SRV inline viscometer and SRD inline density and viscosity meter. The protective sleeve uses 4 M2 set screws to attach the sleeve to the probe’s 30 mm diameter section. The purpose of the sleeve is to protect the sensing element from potential collisions with external elements during installation or manual cleaning.
This sleeve is ideal for applications where viscosity is low, or where fluid transfer is high, ensuring there is a low risk of plugging around the sensing element.

Installation instructions
Step 1:
Slide the SPS-HD-SRX into the front end of the probe.
Step 2:
Align the SPS-HD-SRX with the fluid flow direction if known. (Relevant for SRD)
Step 3:
Tighten the M2 set screws. Make sure not to overtighten these.
Step 4:
Your sensor probe is ready to be installed in a tank or line.
