Weldolet for G1/2” SR- sensors in thin walls - HAW-12G-xTN
Description
Rheonics HAW-12G-xTN accessories are hygienic adapter weldolets for the SRV and SRD sensors with 1/2” G thread (-X1-12G). These weldolets are designed for a flush installation in thin walls (approximately 1.5 mm) while ensuring the sensing element is fully immersed in the flow. A variant for thicker walls is available here.
Two variants are available for different types of seals. The HAW-12G-MTN has a metal-to-metal seal. The HAW-12G-OTN has a Ø15.1×1.6mm O-Ring seal.

Why use this part?
Use this part for hygienic flush installation in line or tank.
Avoid stagnation zones around the sensing element.
Use for installation in thin walls (approx. 1.5 mm).
Installation instructions
Weld according to ANSI/AWS D10.4 recommendation standard for Austenitic Stainless Steel pipes.
Suitable for SRV and SRD sensors.
Weld for thin walls (around 1.5 mm)
Recommended position of the weep hole at the lowest point.
For HAW-12G-OTN use proper O-Ring: Ø15.1×1.6mm
For SRD, G1/2” installation is only recommended for applications where fluid is at the same or near the ambient temperature. Read more here.
- Recommended torque for Type-SR G1/2″ probe installation in weldolet is 18 Nm.
